NextGen Illinois Youth is for high school students who are ready to grow as leaders, strengthen their character, and make a difference in their schools, communities, and across Illinois. We believe the next generation shouldn't wait for someone else to lead. We believe young people can make an impact today.
 

Through leadership development, civic education, public speaking, mentorship, and hands-on experience, we help students become confident, principled leaders who are prepared for whatever path comes next.
 

We're looking for students who are willing to:

• Stand for truth, integrity, and accountability.

• Live out their faith with courage and conviction.

• Develop leadership, communication, and public speaking skills.

• Serve their schools and communities.

• Defend freedom and engage in civic life.

• Inspire other young people to lead.
   

When graduation comes, you'll be ready to take the fight wherever you're called. Whether that's onto a college campus, into the workplace, on the campaign trail, or even into public office, you'll have the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills to make a lasting impact.
